When one contemplates the fact of the CIA arming terrorist — such as 'the anti-Assad insurgents' — is one of its largest budget spends along with the Pentagon spending more on propaganda than it does on any other of its departments —
it comes as no surprise that the US has always been playing a huge role in arming, funding, and providing tactical and/or logistical support to terrorist.
