Any arircraft project that was on time and costed as much as planned ?

I was wondering if there is any aircraft project that has fully abided to its planned timeline and costed as much as planned when development completed ?

every aircraft i can think of has either has cost overruns or has been delayed or overweight or something like that.

eg F-22, A-380, JSF, B-2,Eurofighter,F-16, F-15, LCA tejas, Mirage etc... have all
not much is known about soviet, chinese aircrafts but i'd bet they suffered the same fate as well.

Are modern day planners over-ambitious or what ?

As far as I know the F/A 18 E/F has managed to stay under budget and under weight.

Only aircraft I remember not going over budget and comming out when it was supposed to.
