This is the Eternal Return as found in the bible and other religions around the world.
Before you are born you are nothing, in the bible you are made from the elements of the earth, the dust. And when you die it says to Dust you shall return.

We Now know that the embryo of a human life is formed with nature's first pattern of sacred geometry. From the seed of life, to the flower of life, to the fruit of life, to the tree of life.

Sacred geometry is studied as a way to gain insight of how something was creating from nothing and that is known as natures first pattern.
When you die your body decays and you return to nothing, and in the bible oneday the heavens and the earth pass away, which lead to the creation of a new heaven and new earth.

The bible says there is a first and a second death.

The Eternal Return, Is after the death of this universe,
where in a study it was found that the nature of the universe is cyclical, and a new heaven and new earth is the creation of a new universe, which is actually the same universe.

The truth is history repeats itself, but truth is we can change the future.
This is why we feel dejavu as if we had already experienced this life before.

"The seperation between past, present, and future is a stubborn but persistant illusion."
-albert einstein

If the future exists at the same time as now and the past then that means our whole lives are predestined and we have to break free of the cycle with our freewill and make the right decisions for the future because our free will is predetermined.

We live the same life over again with the opportunities to make different decisions and have different outcomes of our lives each time we are born into life.

Sacred Geometry is Intresting theory. Although I'm not convinced it's Bible relationship and holographic reality. it's worth something to look into.

Thank you very much.

...our free will is predetermined.

The Bible’s Viewpoint: Is Your Life Predestined? Awake!—2007

The “Logic” of Predestination

...
If some force has already determined your future, then trying to take care of yourself is useless. Choosing to smoke or not to smoke would make no difference to your health or that of your children. Wearing a seat belt while riding in an automobile would have no effect on your safety. But this is faulty logic. Statistics show that people who take precautions suffer fewer fatal consequences. Carelessness can result in tragedy.
...

Can You Control Your Destiny?

Predestination and Free Will—Reconcilable?

...
The gift of freedom of choice, though, does not mean absolute freedom. It does not free us from the physical and moral laws that God made for the stability and peace of the universe. These laws were set up for our good, and any violation of them could lead to serious consequences. Just think of what would happen if we chose to ignore the law of gravity and jumped off the roof of a tall building!—Galatians 6:7.

Freedom of choice also binds us with a restraint that creatures lacking such freedom do not have. The writer Corliss Lamont asks: “How can we attribute ethical responsibility to men, and punish them for wrongdoing, if we accept . . . that their choices and actions are predetermined?” Of course, we cannot. Instinct-driven animals are not held morally responsible for what they do, nor are computers deemed accountable for the functions they are programmed to perform. Freedom of choice, then, places upon us a heavy responsibility and makes us accountable for our actions.

Galatians 6:7

7 Do not be misled: God is not one to be mocked. For whatever a person is sowing, this he will also reap;

Your choices (in action and behaviour, or inaction) matter. Your destiny is in your own hands, it is not predetermined and neither are your choices.

'Before you were born you are nothing' - so why will you be dust when you die? Surely you would 'return' to nothing.

You have never been a thing - there is just a belief in things - there are no things - just words that make believe that there are things.

The first imagined separate thing was you - but you are not separate from what is.
