Not sure about the UFO but if it's the one I think it looked CGI to me , Doty has his prints over several UFO hoaxes and is a self confessed disinformation agent , he put that to full effect in the Paul Bennewitz / Dulce case. He was also an active member in the SERPO Hoax

Strange Dr Greer wouldn't know this and include Doty in his serious documentary.

I think you'll probably find this more interesting. The story behind it certainly is. Oh and it wasn't actually banned but it was only shown once in a handful of US states in the middle of the afternoon when hardly anyone would be watching.
