The US National Debt is up almost $200 billion just since November 2004.
On 10/29/2004 the debt was $7,429,677,448,545.04
On 01/31/2005 the debt was $7,627,742,597,775.41
Almost $200 billion in three months is a heck of a rate of increase.
Just a coincidence, if you divide 200 billion by three, you get $66.666
If it keeps up at that rate, it'll be $800 billion for the fiscal year 2005.
I think someone in the Whitehouse is a little loose with the purse strings.
