Cant post in breaking news

Did I miss something like you need x amount of credit to be able to post in the Breaking News? I rarely post breaking news but I wanted to post about the ongoing attack in Istanbul about 45 mins ago, but there was no post button. I couldn't find anything why I couldn't post.

Restrictions apply, especially in B.N...topics, hoaxes, permissions etc....contact a mod

There are character limits for both the article you are quoting and your comments about the article. Unless both are met you can't post.

Thanks for answering, I suspected something like that, I'll go search for the criteria.
