When will 'they' stop asking for tsunami donations??

How much money is needed to restore these second and third world countries? They just keep asking for more and more money. When will this stop? It seems like there's something bigger at work here, something bigger than the tsunami. I hate to think about how many people there are working for legitimate charities who are lining their own pockets illegally and getting away with it. When the relief amount is as big as it is, and growing, it's hard to catch people skimming off the top. Is a portion of this money possibly being used for something else, something the general public is not aware of?

Some of the money is probably being pinched, but I dont think most people are that harsh to steal money that could be saving thousands of lives. Though I guess it does happen
