Great story, probably real but a bit embellished. Anecdotally, it is established that Trump does treat "the little people" well and his kids do too - which is a testament to him.

True story - my relative works as a nurse in the Ob/gyn section of the Upper Eastside New York hospital where Trump's son Donald jr's wife gave birth to her kids. She said that most people who come in there are obnoxious, pretentious and rude and demanding beyond all reason, but not the Trumps. She said they were the nicest, not anywhere near obnoxious, most down to earth people she ever encountered there. No airs, no demands, friendly, warm and genuinely appreciative of the staff.

Oh man, if the Trumps are THAT nice, they won't get along at all with all the rats in Washington. Which is why the Trumps need to do a purge once they get there.
