Looks like dubya has his sights on Cuba, and Burma, and North Korea, and Iran, and Belarus, and Zimbabwe.

In a statement to the US Senate's foreign relations committee sitting to confirm her nomination as secretary of state, Rice mentioned Zimbabwe, along with Iran - whose president, Seyed Mohammad Khatami, came to Zimbabwe this week on a three-day state visit - North Korea, Cuba, Belarus and Burma as lagging behind as the world progresses towards "an era of liberty".

Rice's line-up of "outposts of tyranny" expands on George W Bush's "axis of evil" - Iran, North Korea and Iraq, which the US and its allies has since invaded and is currently battling to democratise

That's okay, Zimbabwe said Condi is a fascist.

" In an interview Thursday Zimbabwe's anti-corruption miniseter, Didyamus Mutasa, angrily dismissed Rice's remarks. "When comments like that come from fascists like Condoleezza Rice, we are not really worried," Mutasa said. "[The US government] has no morals." He said the US government resented it when "black people stood up for themselves." DPA

Ummm...correct me if I'm wrong but...No, this one requires no comment.
