States lifting the flu shot restrictions...

There has been so many people restricted on getting these shots, claiming we only had a certain amount and the elderly and children should be the ones to get these shots. Now we have had restrictions lifted in my state, just wondering how many other states still continue to have these restrictions and which ones have been lifted?
It was my understanding that we did not have enough of the vaccine, and that it would be awhile before we did due to the contaminated vaccine and not having anymore yet made???
Its sad to know people standing in line waiting for thses shots died and now we have more than enough in my state where the flu cases confirmed are so low
Any ideas on this ?
