The bottom 20% always get labeled as "poor", no matter what they do. A quintile is like that.

Below average people can still do quite well, Andy Warhol was a success with an IQ of 80. I myself am below average in every way possible, yet I've managed to secure the majority of an education which will hopefully lead to an eventual job. Having the bottom % have a poor life is one thing (and not one I agree with). but the real tragedy is when systems are in place that prevent movement out of that situation.

Also, you can raise their lot in life, by raising the average and the minimum.

to make the story short they offered me 7.50 a hour .
so don't hold your breath for that 100k programing job.
rember the more people learn programing the less they are worth .
supply and demand .also rember 60% of people will always be low skill workers
it takes more then just knowing a skill to do that job .
