Northrop Grumman's upcoming expansion at Orlando Melbourne International Airport will include three new office and laboratory buildings totaling 545,111 square feet, increasing the aerospace giant's campus at Orlando Melbourne International Airport to 157 acres.
Construction Engineering Group, the design firm that prepared the site plan, stated that Northrop Grumman's stealth-bomber expansion is “one of the most dynamic projects ever in Melbourne.”
The site plan at Melbourne City Hall depicts the future Buildings 230, 231 and 232 at the nine-building campus on airport property off NASA Boulevard. Dimensions:
• A three-story, 275,000-square-foot office/laboratory building.
• A three-story, 219,111-square-foot office building.
• A three-story, 51,000-square-foot office/laboratory building.
The tallest structure will clock in at 72 feet, 5 inches.
