They're going to let illegals vote in California even though it's against the law

I got this one wrong, see second post.

Judge Andrew Napolitano says that “if you are an illegal alien in California, get a driver’s license, register to vote, you can vote in local, state, and federal elections in California and those votes count.”

I honestly can't believe it. This has gotten absurd.

Napolitano argued that while it would be against the law for an illegal immigrant to vote in a federal election, “there’s really no way to monitor it. So if you are an illegal alien in California, get a driver’s license, register to vote, you can vote in local, state, and federal elections in California and those votes count.”

Illegal immigrants shouldn't be getting a drivers license. They shouldn't be able to vote. Am I taking freaking crazy pills?

I'm glad Napolitano takes issue.

I appear to have overreacted, as I am want to do.

Apparently the license the illegals gets differs from a normal one which DOES require proof of citizenship.

They're actually trying to do this in Wisconsin too though. Some cities want to issue municipal ID's and the big thing here is making sure that they can't be used to vote. Mostly democrats saying that that would be voter suppression while republican s fighting it because there would be no point, since people can just get a state ID

If a judge will not follow the rule of law and blatantly advocates breaking the law, then why should any citizen follow the rule of law? The goodfellas and wiseguys knew all along that the laws were for the suckers. So I guess if there is little chance of getting caught, then it's OK to break the laws. Big business does it, politicians do it, government agencies do it, everyone with money does it, now illegal aliens can do it, so it's only fair that your average citizen sucker can do it too. It's just a big free for all folks so go and go a head and do whatever you can get away with doing, Judge Napolitano says it's OK.

It's all part of the NWO agenda IMO. They're taking tiny, tiny steps at a time until all national boarders erode and chaos reigns.

Non-citizens have already been voting illegaly in alarming numbers.

In close elections decided by a few thousand or few hundred votes it allows democrats to steal elections.

It is almost certain that Al Franken would have lost if not for illegal voters.

How many non-citizens participate in U.S. elections? More than 14 percent of non-citizens in both the 2008 and 2010 samples indicated that they were registered to vote. Furthermore, some of these non-citizens voted. Our best guess, based upon extrapolations from the portion of the sample with a verified vote, is that 6.4 percent of non-citizens voted in 2008 and 2.2 percent of non-citizens voted in 2010.

Because non-citizens tended to favor Democrats (Obama won more than 80 percent of the votes of non-citizens in the 2008 CCES sample), we find that this participation was large enough to plausibly account for Democratic victories in a few close elections. Non-citizen votes could have given Senate Democrats the pivotal 60th vote needed to overcome filibusters in order to pass health-care reform and other Obama administration priorities in the 111th Congress. Sen. Al Franken (D-Minn.) won election in 2008 with a victory margin of 312 votes. Votes cast by just 0.65 percent of Minnesota non-citizens could account for this margin. It is also possible that non-citizen votes were responsible for Obama’s 2008 victory in North Carolina. Obama won the state by 14,177 votes, so a turnout by 5.1 percent of North Carolina’s adult non-citizens would have provided this victory margin.

Wow, you guys in USA have insane laws if this is true. Look, just asking, and please no nasty feedback as I don't really care who leads the USA but is this a tactic directed towards the Trumpmeinster with regards his stance on illegals as I have read on these forums.

Sorry but I'm an Aussie.

Asking nicely

Kind regards,

Bally

I'm not quite sure what you're asking. You mean are they letting illegals vote in California as a way to get more support for the Democrats? I was wrong, illegals apparently get a different license than citizens.

I would say that the main reasons Democrats want more illegals is because they will have children who can vote, and will vote overwhelmingly Democrat. I think people on the left are manipulated emotionally (it's hard to say we don't want you here) by the party elite who are only in it for the votes.

Thankyou, I guess I read it wrong. For a moment there I thought non citizens/illegals could vote. My mistake.

The states to keep an eye on are the ones that do not require an ID to vote.
I just looked at the Wikipedia page for voter ID laws by state.... it says California, New York, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania don't have them. Some populous states there.

Theres no doubt the globalists want to rid us of borders and racial mixing (ultimately one race). In my view I think its bc they see nation states and racial divisions as reasons for many of societys ills. Im very against their agenda for so many reasons, but i cant deny weve already lost the game.

US military I love you, truly, but youve watched our nation crumble without lifting a finger to help. Instead of fighting for the people youve fought for the globalists.

Dead people vote all the time for Dems; tons of 108-yr. olds vote Dem; a few thousand illegals will surely be able to.

Another thread discussed this last year. I have a couple posts on pg1&2 that clarify the situation

The WAPO article is full of "coulds", "plausibles", "possibles", etc. IOW speculation.

The fact is, non-citizens (green card holders, ex) may vote where it is allowed, BUT ONLY FOR LOCAL (and some state) ELECTIONS....NEVER IN FEDERAL. Some elections are held on non-federal election days, so federal electing would be impossible.
