Changing continuum or NWO?

I wonder if anyone has contemplated the fact that any changes that we aren't used to could be seen as a new world order? There will always be the political elite that are sculpting the world as they see fit...a paradox I like to call government. But does this constitute a new world order, or is this merely great fiction in the making?
