Whilst we were given assurances by this Government that any decisions relating to Fracking in the U.K will be made by local councils, a leaked letter to Government Departments regarding Fracking, demonstrates the Governments desire to get it rolling in the U.K.

I am totally against Fracking, despite the reassurances given by the likes of Cuadrilla, as you usually find these type of assurances, assure nothing.

There will be a debate in the House in the next couple of weeks and apparently the only debate regarding Fracking in this Administrations reign. It relates to two areas identified in Lancashire and Planning Officers are set to reject the application.

However, that could mean nothing if the Government get their way. In the annex attached to the letter the Government details what departments need to do and by when.

Whilst the Government are beginning to make wholesale cuts in subsidies to Green/Alternative Energy markets, they are clearly trying to push the Fracking agenda and at almost any cost.

They've been doing this for at least a year, probably taking back-handers of the companies to push the agenda, despite the safety warnings associated with fracking. Thing is with these politicians, they want a quick buck now & they don't care how they get it.

Indeed the letter is dated 2014, but the debate in Parliament relating to Fracking will take place in the next couple of weeks.

In my mind this confirms one of the following:

1) Man made climate change agenda is B.S, in which case all the carbon taxes imposed on us is a fraud

or...

2) If it is real, they are not willing for such changes to stand in the way of making BIG profits.

I appreciate they make decisions with their own futures in mind, such as invitations to sit on the board of companies like Cuadrilla, but you can bet it will not be happening in their backyard.
