President George W Bush and two of his predecessors, Bill Clinton and George Bush Senior, have called on Americans to aid the Asian tsunami's victims. The three appeared together at the White House to issue a joint appeal to private citizens and businesses in the world's richest nation.

US presidents in tsunami aid plea

Now i personally watched the CNN Larry King live special which featured Bush Sr and Clinton. Through out the interview the message was loud and clear for the American public to wake up and help with finnancial donations, that contributions from our citizens not government will deliver greater results in relief. I see No problem with the general public helping, i agree. What does bother me is the numbers, and here they are in extremely simple terms!

Its not often you see Bush senior G Bush and Clinton standing for a common cause. Is it just me or do Bush senior and Clinton look a bit uneasy in each other company ?

A cheaper and less violent way to fight terrorism?
I wonder how much Al Quaida has donated to save their fellow Muslims?
They have pretty good funding themselves, it appears.
Maybe Osama will have a telethon.

xpert11..
I noticed that too..Probably feels weird for them to be on the same side of an issue.

Also Clinton is looking really bad.
Sickly, even moreso than just a few weeks ago...Maybe it's the traveling...
he had some massive luggage under his eyes.
