Saying Hi and Have a Simple Question

I've lurked here for years on and off, joined once and forgot what email I used and/or username etc....I think I was being too conspiracy minded the first time around.

So here I am, back again, I browse most days but don't post much.

One question I had is when I try and flag a thread it says 'fail', what am I doing wrong?

as to the flagging thing,i think it has to do with the number of posts, well for me anyway i couldn't flag threads until i had 20 posts.

Are you going through a Proxy..? If so, that is most likely it.

I think it's the 20 post thing as well, there's a lot you can't do until you hit the target, so get posting.
