We all live incredibly different lives in vastly disparate forms.

The bodies we inhabit each enjoy differing balances of hormones, varying amounts of energy, alternate attainments of symmetry and structure, varying manifestations of comeliness, and unique capacities for neurological precision and mental strength.

Yet although the specifics inherent unto the forms we inhabit vary in so many ways--some vastly subtle and some incredibly overt--the essential template and general makeup for each of our fleshy vehicles within this jaunt into material existence remains the same. For each of those bioorganic shells designed towards housing spirit and soul for the next eighty or so years comes equipped with the same essential parts.

And all of those parts exist under the control of that quantum supercomputer between your ears--the brain. It alone provides the signals keeping active your organs and other systems under subconscious control.

And it alone reacts unto stimuli with neurological signal cues compelling you towards performing its chosen courses of action.

Thus when your stomach rumbles it prompts you to eat. When your body grows tired it encourages you to sleep. And when you interact with people it responds upon reflex unto social cues and prompts you with a variety of potential lines to speak.

These things and more the brain does on autonomous reflex when stimuli experienced within the external environment or thoughts existent inside the internal realm of your mind activate neurological patterns in its structure and create a cascading effect of rising thoughts that strive towards directing your behavior down one path or another.

So whilst inundating yourself in a friendly environment like hanging out with your close friends might trigger the brain towards encouraging you to be relaxed and outgoing without inhibitions or care, placing yourself into a potentially hostile situation like when standing onstage before giving a speech might have the brain reacting with paroxysms of warnings urging you towards demonstrating only the most conservative of behaviors to avoid any serious potential for possible embarrassment.

But what you need remember is this: the compulsions and coercions of the brain are nothing more than a whispered voice within the confines of your head.

And that voice you can always ignore.

Nothing about the brain is flawless. Nothing about it is perfect. The quality and caliber of its advice and suggestions depend only upon the quality and caliber of the stored experiences and information it can call upon towards resolving existent situations.

In computer programming there exists a maxim called "garbage in, garbage out." And that simple saying means if you comprise your program from nothing but flawed logic and mistaken assumptions, then the results it produces will be correspondingly inaccurate.

And the same saying applies unto the brain.

So if you have a brain that past experience conditioned you into acting often in overly violent and socially inappropriate ways, don't be surprised when mindlessly following its proffered advice eventually lands you in police custody.

And if you have a brain you've taught through previous relationships that succumbing unto the urge to cheat is acceptable, don't be surprised when your current relationship also tanks and implodes after you heed its urgings and get lured into another indiscretion.

Whatever patterns of habits and behaviors you program most deeply into the brain will become its default responses unto situations at hand. And those actions it will continue compelling you towards repeating unless you ingrain into it another way of behaving.

This means the only way towards remaking yourself into new and greater forms is by first learning you stand entirely free to ignore that silly voice in your head when it gives you bad advice like punch people in the face and cheat on your significant others.

And it also means the only way towards ever reconditioning it towards providing you GOOD advice is to first ignore those compulsions towards unethical and immoral behavior--then retrain that quantum supercomputer by performing instead the benevolent and righteous actions you recognize as correct.

So whenever the brain offers you lunatic advice that would only lead straight towards undesirable outcomes, do yourself a favor and ignore its recommendations. Then disciple it like misbehaving dog and scold it like a tantrum-throwing toddler--then train it towards more appropriate courses of action by doing what you know to be right and showing it how you expect it to behave.

At a fundamental level, regardless the energy level in your body or the intelligence inherent unto your mind--the brain remains a blank slate without innate preference or preexistant bias. This means it arrived unto you like a fully formatted computer, and only through your chosen actions and experiences did it developing tendencies and predilections.

But under its conditioned instincts it remains a fundamentally malleable machine. This means with enough time and patience you can retrain it in any fashion you desire.

And however you envision yourself behaving--in whatever mold you want remake yourself in years to come--that process of self-guided evolution and deliberate remaking of psyche and spirit begins with one single step.

Retraining the brain into new and better forms takes only the simplest of actions.

The next time that quantum supercomputer prompts you towards some unproductive behavior or steers you away from the most apropos path... do yourself a favor and ignore it completely.

Then, just tell that little voice in your head to shut the eff up.

Don't forget about the ganglionic mass behind your solar plexus. I wouldn't count out the adrenal glands either.

Um, I'd ditto the post above.

Strangely enough, it was just yesterday, during a meditation session where I was asking questions/getting guidance, I was being shown some interesting stuff about that part of the body (the solar plexus) and how some behaviors are sourced from the neurons in that area. Was getting guidance on "reprogramming" that area.

I think the popular idea that all of our movements, thoughts, and behavior find their source in our brain might be flawed. (as much as the brain LOVES the idea that it is control of the show, it might not be alone in that....

That's a verbose way of saying "Listen carefully."

What about the neurons in the heart? That electromagnetic field's way more powerful than the brain's. 💗
