I just saw this article and don't see it posted here on ATS. This is from a Serbian website. I was a linguist in the military and occasionally brush up on my translation skills. This article is tricky to quickly translate for someone who hasn't use the language in years, but it says this body was found by Russian locals and is neither a bird nor fish. They also state it has no neck, a strange skull and resembles a sci-fi alien. Scientists haven't been able to identify it as of yet.
