Three more short poems

Run

Soft whispers in my ear,
A gentle touch upon my face.
Saying everything I wish to hear,
My beating heart, begins to race.

Not sure if you're the one,
I follow you very cautiously.
Any signs that I should run,
And I will leave immediately.




Serendipity

Destiny has brought me here,
Fate has played a huge part too.
Took away the pain and fear,
Helped me push, my way through.

Was it part of life's design,
Or just a lucky coincidence?
Intervention of the divine,
Or nothing of significance?




Secret

Shall I share a secret with you,
and tell you why I'm here?
Would that change anything you do,
If I made things crystal clear?

Or would you just continue on,
Pretending it didn't matter,
Doing what you've always done,
While the world, it breaks and shatters...


Last poems I will be sharing here..going back to short stories for a bit.. I think. Thanks to all who read and commented on them.. I truly appreciate it...
