I like this one from New Jersey....

It is illegal to wear a bullet-proof vest while committing a murder.

So does that mean it is legal to commit murder if you are NOT wearing a bullet proof vest? Seems like a pretty straight forward loophole to me

About 15 years ago my town decided it had to "get around to" cleaning up the old books. It was so funny they printed some of them in the local newspaper. I've forgotten most of them, but one was:

"A woman may not cross the city street wearing a dress more than two inches above the ankle."

With mini-skirts, they could have filled the jail up very quickly.

That's hilarious! What were thinking? It's like "yes, he killed her, but thank God he wasn't wearing a bullet proof vest".
