You do realize that you could be killed for this...these are not people to play around with or entertain curiosities with.

You would be better off just improving yourself instead of worrying about the evils of this world that you dont control.

There is nothing in the universe not worthy of curiosity, my friend!

Where are all the patriotic ex-military veterans with infiltration experience when you need them?

They're smart enough to know the importance of OPSEC.

No disclosure, they literally hire anyone, they don't care. While I was working baggage there was kids even stealing stuff out of the guests bags, I didn't, but others did and never got caught surprisingly. The food for the employees is OK at best. The food for the members depends on the encampment they are a member of, there are about 250 camps with different valets(a valet is kinda like the person who manages the camp and sets up everything for the guests at that camp, not to be confused with a valet parker). I got to meet a lot of famous people when I was parking their cars. I even drove Arnold's Hummer once. As for living on site, no, everyone drives in each day and parks in the employee parking lot and then gets bused in. The only ones who live on site was the GM who runs the place.
