Before anyone says I should go to the hospital I understand that but I am not going to spend 6 hours in A&E to bother some very busy people only to confirm that my knee is damaged.

But I swear on my life that was some pain. I only bent down to open the fridge to take out some celery, on the way up the knee said no and the next thing I know I am on the floor screaming expletives at the kitchen cupboards.

I am no stranger to pain I have broken both wrists, my collarbone(5 times) 4 vertibra in my neck, taken the top off my thumb, put a 3 inch barbed nail through my hand, I fell 40 feet off a bridge once(how I broke one of my wrists).

Whatever I just did I recon topped them all in terms of intense pain. I had to drag myself like a damaged zombie to the chair and now I'm scared to move the damn thing.

theres no real point to this thread other than to say good god that really hurt, Had to tell mrs nonspecific to get something for dinner as I am broken.

How many hours did it last? I mean, is the pain re-occurring? I hate to say this but you need to have your knee checked by an orthopedic surgeon or pain specialist atleast. If you are worried about the cost, check this out for affordable options: www.placidway.com...

Ahhhh! I hope you'll feel better soon. Please keep us posted!

This was about 9 months ago now and after a few days it healed and I have had no more issues.
