Reshape Congress based on what they do, not what they promise

Found a website that may be of interest to ATS . It is called If.Then.Fund. If your congressman supports your position Then fund their reelection. If they don't then fund their opponent. The website is for small dollar donors. Contributions are as little as $10.00 that goes into a fund from other small donors. Once a vote on a bill is done, they divide the money between the congressmen that voted the way you wanted. If the congressman does not vote the "right" way the money is given to their opponent in the next election.

It is common knowledge congress listens to and votes favorably for those that fund their campaigns with the big bucks. The People are not their priority. This website has the right idea. Worth checking out.

Novel idea, but I doubt it will work. Not trying to be pessimistic but the money we can crowd-fund is nothing compared to the billionaire lobbyists' bank accounts. If politicians only vote based on money then this would only reinforce the status quo already in place, no?

Either way though, the lobbyists' money is far more than what we could crowd fund. Politicians follow the money, not the voter.

Wow, now that would be a real miracle. If they reshape congress that way I may decide to go to church.
