2 months? Not likely, there is plenty more mileage to be had from this particular bogeyman before the Pentagon finds someone else.

As for being in Baghdad, they said he was in Fallujah too and went in and flattened the place. They gonna do the same to Baghdad now?

If they don't find him soon then I guess they'll then decide that he's hopped over the border into Iran and is being sheltered by that country's leaders. That'll give them another justification for another war

True, but what if he goes into Seria or Saudi Arabia? Do you think they will attack Seria as well? and do you think they would let the Saudi's deal with him if he goes there?

Does he even exist in the context in which he is attributed with so much power? Before the invasion of Fallujah we were told this was his stronghold and he ran things there. This flew in the face of accounts from the actual Iraqis living there who said he was not in Fallujah, never had been and certainly didn't have anything to do with the fighters.

There is only ever one photo shown of the guy. No other description, no images, no physical evidence at all.
Postings on "Islamic web sites" are not evidence of his existence, nor are the babblings of the military / intelligence forces who, based on past performance, cannot be relied upon to provide credible evidence.

Maybe, like Bin Laden, they'll quietly introduce a new bogeyman soon for us to focus on.

It'll be known if we catch him. Why would we not hide saddam's capture, but hide al'zarqawi's? It'll be plastered across the media shortly after it happens.
