Noticed the autolized yeast extract in a product from the brand "back to nature" we recently brought home so I wanted to expose this for any who weren't aware.

Descriptions like "healthy", "natural" or "no additives" can be very misleading. Even produce labeled "organic" can be suspect.

I recently saw a BBQ sauce that said "all natural". The third ingredient was high-fructose corn syrup.

Yeah for sure, you really gotta look at those labels!

Your absolutely right, nowadays natural is a red flag.

Thank goodness there are still some brands that are truly trying to be healthy. I look for "raw" "sprouted" "superfood", and "non-GMO project verified", I love that little check mark.
