Gotta tip my flat cap towards the Scottish and not just because they voted no.
You guys have shown us what can be done with a working democracy I hope more in the UK get involved in politics now and lets get someone decent in eh?.
Now is the chance for us to unite get stronger together, lets work together like we have done in the past 300 years.
Just look what we have done for the world in that time..we can do much better you know.
So instead of bringing up old wounds lets wipe the slate clean and start over.



Oh and you Scots I share your blood and am proud to be still in a union of people not just a land mass.
Gonna buy the next ten Scots I meet a pint .

OK I'm in.... firstly though, can we change the National Anthem, it's just awful, droning and frankly embarrassing.
Land of Hope & Glory or Jerusalem maybe? They always seem to come up.

Too bad they didn't win. Of course winning didn't really mean anything. A referendum is not a binding decision. It only asked what if? If it had been an actual vote to secede or not, more people might have come out and voted yes. If Scotts aren't independent, what are they?
