I haven't seen anything about this in US media, but I was reading a foreign website and saw this. I'm sure people here will say that these missiles will somehow be used against Americans, who knows? This is in Serbian, but I'm sure google could translate it. I would but it's getting late here.

OOps, they're air to surface missiles, not surface to air. They say they can be fired from aircraft against troops.
