Double Rainbow over Apple Valley Ca.

I'm hoping I have the forum right. If not, I'm sure the pesky
mods will move it. We Apple Valley residents today, just
about a half an hour ago, were blessed by an outstanding
double rainbow. Here is the first of a few pics.



Now Lord knows, I didn't get as excited as this gentleman.



But I must say, it was pretty bitchen to witness this rare
occurance. I'd never seen one before and at fiftyfive and
after a world full of rainbows, in more was than one. I'm glad
I saw this one. I should have some more pics up in a bit.

Nature always impresses me. I like that others feel the same about it when they see it. As strange as it may sound... Seeing things like this makes me stop for a second and realize how very small I am in this world.

ETA - It's weird that I spent a night of my honeymoon in a place called The Apple Valley Motel. I'm sure it's not in your area, but funny anyway.

The rainbow is God's promise that He will never destroy the world with a flood again, and I guess He's really making good on that promise in poor Cali right now.

Ah, well, double rainbows are still cool to see.

It's a double rainbow all the way.. whoaaa.. that's so intense
