United States are increasing in Iraq the number of military forces by 12.000 to secure national elections. Since invasion in 2003 this will be the
highest amount of U.S troops. It means that a lot of units, which supposed to finish their duty in December won't get home at least not before
January - scheduled time for the elections.

2003, in order to bolster security in advance of national elections, officials said Wednesday. The expansion will be achieved by sending about 1,500

Apparently Pentagon is afraid that the last month before the elections might be significant for an Iraqi opposition. I guess that if U.S intelligence
is already informed about future problems with security we cannot expect any improvement in stabilizing the situation in Iraq in the near future. It
means America will need more and more soldiers ready to fight in Iraq. Is draft coming?
