No they do not. You are right.

But what she really said is even worse. She is railing against individual rights, and promoting mob rule. Her viewpoint is wholly, 100%, undeniably unConstitutional in this case.

All the parts that would prevent her from being a 100% tyrannical dictator-for-life with the power of life and death and every thing else over every serf and slave . . . preferably on the whole planet but at least in the USA.

She's blatantly crossed into anti-1st Amendment territory here. Moreso it's blatantly anti-America. Regardless of the "viewpoint" or even the potential of that viewpoint to "terrorize" it is protected.

You know at when I first started reading the OP it brought back memories of what the religious have said about atheists. Very similar, very similar indeed.
