Now the White House says Hagel made final call on Bergdahl as criticism of Obama over prisoner swap

So either everything is Obama's fault or nothing is Obama's fault? I don't get it. What if this is true? If Congress believes it then it very well might be, considering they know more than we do and have access to more information where certain things are concerned. So even if this is true it is still Obama's fault right? Just making sure. I don't know what to believe unless listen to the talking heads.

Are you familiar with the regulations for the US Navy and its application to the Captain of the vessel? The Captain, since its his/her ship, is directly responsible for the actions of his/her crew, whether they were on the bridge or sleeping.

Especially when the captain of this ship came outside the Whitehouse and proudly announced that he was the one that steered the ship into the rocks.
