It's not just about professionalism. You don't just strap the jet on and immediately start flying like a team. Getting into that headspace starts on the ground before you even get into the cockpit. So they do everything very precisely, from the time they get out of the cars, until the show is over. By the time they get airborne, they're pretty well synched up.
