just wondering if any one knows how to check to see what kind of flight tests are being done at Eglin AFB.
i live just about a mile from the outer edges of Eglin AFB, today i've heard and felt at least 10 sonic booms.
some right on top of the other. a few have been very strong and have shook the house and rattled windows.

when i go out i can hear the aircraft, but can't see them.

we hear them every now and then, but not for a while and never like today, at first i thought it might have been the Angles practicing out over the Gulf but their web site says their practice has been canceled today. and in the past i could go out in the back yard and watch them. and there is nothing on the local news, that i can find.

is there any one in the Pensacola , Milton . Ft Walton Bch area hearing and feeling these.

where's Zaphod58 if anybody can find out he can

Call the base. Ask for public relations. Tell them about what you're hearing?

It's probably just f-35s testing

That's what I was gonna say. All the F-35s, with the exception of a small number at Yuma MCAS are at Eglin. There are F-22s doing pilot training at Homestead too.
