here's some background:
Montana Town Occupied By Private Paramilitary Security Force
www.abovetopsecret.com...

And
www.prisonplanet.com...

So now we continue...

Here is the APF (American Police Force) logo:
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/cdc707f2ebdf.png[/atsimg]

Lots of questions regarding the logo of this FPS company.

Why are they using a logo that incorporates the coat of arms of Serbia?
en.wikipedia.org...

Why does it have the sun rays of the Serbian socialist party?
en.wikipedia.org...

I have a sneaking suspicion that this is a sub company of Blackwater or simply a company that does the same things.

Who and what is behind this company?

www.americanpolicegroup.com...
The website for APF is down, however GOOGLE has a cached copy.

We can find out their addresses and phone numbers from the Google cache (here)

Lets check the first address:

1202 East 17th Street Suite 200
Santa Ana, CA 92701

When we visit the Santa Ana address in Google Streetview we get a strip mall type of business but for some reason the names on several of the signs are blurred on purpose (at least I think so, compare them to legibility of the others)
[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/863aab28315f.png[/atsimg]

You can view the street view here

So the question is, how are they able to blur the signs? I was under the impression gov/mil only could do this? Maybe you can fax a request to Google to do this? I have no idea.

They also have a location in Washington DC: 1701 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Suite 300

Selected businesses at this address:
Corn Refiners Association Inc‎
Groom Law Group Chartered‎
Grosvenor USA Ltd‎
National Society of Scholars‎
Russell Reynolds Associates Inc‎
St Martin Andree M‎
Sullivan & Cromwell‎
Time Warner Cable‎

There are others, but these are the interesting ones.

Funny thing is that there is no news whatsoever about this company online BEFORE SEPT 12 2009!

This is the first mention it gets:
news.yahoo.com...

But questions are emerging over the legitimacy of the company, American Police Force.

Government contract databases show no record of the company. Security industry representatives and federal officials said they had never heard of it. On its Web site, the company lists as its headquarters a building in Washington near the White House that holds "virtual offices." A spokeswoman for the building said American Police Force never completed its application to use the address.

And it's unclear where the company will get the inmates for the jail. Montana says it's not sending inmates to the jail, and neither are federal officials in the state.

An attorney for American Police Force, Maziar Mafi, describes the Santa Ana, Calif., company as a fledgling spin-off of a major security firm founded in 1984. But Mafi declined to name the parent firm or provide details on how the company will finance its jail operations.

"APF plays a critical role in helping the U.S. government meet vital homeland security and national defense needs," the company says on its Web site. "Within the last 5 years the United States has been far and away our" number 1 client.

However, an Associated Press search of two comprehensive federal government contractor databases turned up no record of American Police Force.

AHA!

so this IS a spin-off of a MAJOR security firm founded in 1984!
Ok so lets see which security companies where founded in 1984...

Some security companies offering these services founded in 1984:
Argus Shield (aquired by Pinkerton in 1991)
Vance International (acquired by Garda World Security Corporation in 2005)

Hmmmmmmm

What does this all mean!?
I have no clue! maybe you can help?

I think if we follow the money we can trace from person to person and get to the bottom faster but will that ever happen?

For instance, how did they get the contract for the Montana town? Who where the people involved, how was the deal brokered, etc

Found this:

www.worldboxx.com...

Little has been revealed to date about American Police Force. The company was incorporated in California in March, soon after Hardin’s empty jail gained notoriety after city leaders suggested it could be used for the Guantanamo Bay terrorism detainees.

Members of Montana’s congressional delegation say they have been closely monitoring the events in Hardin, but the city has largely been going it alone.

In the two years since the jail was built, city leaders have clashed repeatedly with the administration of Gov. Brian Schweitzer, who opposed efforts to bring in out-of-state prisoners.

After then-Attorney General Mike McGrath issued a 2007 opinion saying prisoners from other states were prohibited, Hardin successfully sued the state.

Despite the city’s contention that the state has continued to foil its efforts to find prisoners, Montana Department of Corrections spokesman Bob Anez said his agency is no longer involved. “That’s water under the bridge,” Anez said.

On Friday, American Police Force announced its first local hire: a reporter for the Billings Gazette, Becky Shay, who has covered events surrounding the jail since its construction. She will be the company’s spokeswoman for $60,000 a year.

Shay said she intended to bring new transparency to the process, but declined to directly answer the first question posed to her: Where is American Police Force getting the money to operate the jail and build the training center?

“I know enough about where the money is coming from to be confident signing on with them,” she said.

Gazette Editor Steve Prosinski said he was first informed about Shay’s decision to leave the paper on Friday. “We weren’t aware that she was talking with them about employment,” he said.

Hilton said he also had a job discussion with Kerri Smith, wife of Two Rivers Authority Executive Director Greg Smith, who helped craft the deal to bring American Police Force to Hardin. Greg Smith was placed on unpaid leave two weeks ago for reasons that have not been explained.

Kerri Smith is one of two finalists in the city’s mayoral race. Hilton said he asked her to call him about possible employment if she did not win the race.

Kerri Smith could not be reached immediately for comment. A message was left by The Associated Press at a theater owned by the Smith family. Her home number is unlisted.

I wonder if she can get her old job back since APF now seems to have vanished...

On the flip side, maybe since she knows where the money's coming from, she can fill the rest of us in?

Unless "they" get rid of her first...

blog.puppetgov.com...

there is a decent video at this link...couldn't embed it....

They talk about how hard it is to track down info and make statement that citizens are 'happy to have a military presence.'

doom. Where's plucky? Got a bad feeling about these guys.

This has probably very little or nothing to do with it...

www.blm.gov...

But there are some interesting maps here that show the border of the Crow Nation and how Hardin sits right on the edge.

It also shows that the major highway for Montana goes right through Hardin.

Hey great info. warrenb. I donno what to think about it other than they have no place being there, and should be run out.

The double headed eagle/similar with the crown over the head is from the Roman Empire. East/West Empires ruled by the crown overhead, or Rome.

Now, I know finding something that would say "american police force" is a subsidiary of xyz empire is a long shot, but it is my opinion the empires of ole' never went away.

They are still around, and peek their ugly little heads here, and there

Great work.

The whole thing just screams CIA, No PR at all. That's not normal for a private company. Not even the dreaded Xe just popped out of nowhere. No prior contracts. I know i sound paranoid but this doesn't make any sense. Follow the money I say.

In looking into the Serbia coat of arms. We see a Bicephalic Eagle (two-headed)

The symbolism might appear to be an Eagle, which is the symbol of the USA, being DIVIDED or split in two.

Many nations and organizations have used the "double-eagle".
It is most commonly associated with the Holy Roman Empire, the Byzantine Empire and the Vijayanagara Empire.

In Byzantine heraldry, the heads represent the dual sovereignty of the Emperor (secular and religious).

In Freemasonry: The Double-Headed Eagle of Lagash is used as emblem by the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.

I am with everyone else on the roman-origin of the double headed eagle. Many cultures utilize similar symbolism. .

But come on, the exact Serbian coat of arms?!

This is very odd. . I know Serbians have an axe to grind against Muslims:

In the Republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina, conflict between the three main ethnic groups, the Serbs, Croats, and Muslims, resulted in genocide committed by the Serbs against the Muslims in Bosnia.

Bosnia is one of several small countries that emerged from the break-up of Yugoslavia, a multicultural country created after World War I by the victorious Western Allies. Yugoslavia was composed of ethnic and religious groups that had been historical rivals, even bitter enemies, including the Serbs (Orthodox Christians), Croats (Catholics) and ethnic Albanians (Muslims).

www.historyplace.com...

Could this be a subtle form of psychological warfare against the prisoners? (some of them probably volunteered to fight the Serbs in the Yugoslav conflict).

I just post this to another thread. This may explain the Serbian-Montenegro symbol

During a visit to the location Thursday, a reporter for The Associated Press encountered a uniformed man behind a desk who would identify himself only as "Captain Michael."

The man declined to discuss basic details about the company and referred the reporter to the company's Web site. In a subsequent phone interview, he provided his surname but insisted it not be used because of security concerns. The man said he was a naturalized U.S. citizen born in Montenegro with decades of experience in military and law enforcement operations.

AP Enterprise

If he is from Monenegro, perhaps the company is based there.

What is bothering me is the psychological effect the PTB are wanting to cause.

A 100k mercedes SUV isn't the normal low profile rig. Not only did they choose those, but basically made them stand out like SORE THUMBS?

Wh?

Make no mistake about it, they are screaming,"We are here, and We are showing You all XXXXX?

So again think about the high profile nature of this, I'm gonna be stewing on this oddity for a while. Think about it....

Great work WarrenB! You rocked it this time! I happen to know a bit about
heraldry being an engraver who does crests on ocassions.

Bingo, it IS the serbian coat of arms which goes back to the Romanov Russian
dynasties and before that the Holy Roman Empire. The small fleur de lis
were originally used by the Merovingian kings of france. The colors of red
and white signify (you guessed it) purity and blood (purity of bloodlines?),
red also signifies military strength. I doubt the "captains" real name is
Michael but more likely Mikhail.
Serbs have long been serving in Blackwaters' merc army and this might
be an offshoot of it. The UN also uses these guys heavily
as "peacekeepers"

Is this a Psyops to see how far they can push this kind of crap down the
throats of Americans or is this a testing of the waters and a pretext for
enforcing H1N1 vaccinations?
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth and I have a sneaking suspicion that
somebody might get some lead thrown their way if this keeps rolling like
the juggernaut it appears to be.

I checked in to there proxy to see if I could pull any info

and it was regasterd threw
DomainsByProxy.com
15111 N. Hayden Rd., Ste 160, PMB 353
Scottsdale, Arizona 85260
United States

So whoever it was that started the sight did not want their info put out there.

Then I found this

www.fresnobee.com...

BILLINGS, Mont. -- Montana legislators said Tuesday they want to know more about a secretive California company that wants to take over an empty jail in the southeastern corner of the state and build a military training center on adjacent property.

The company, American Police Force, has attracted widespread attention with its plans - but won't reveal its backers or where it would get prisoners for the jail, located in the rural city of Hardin.

So they are based out of California and that is all I know.
