sorry for the short reply but i thought it funny. perhaps the Philadelphia experiment made time travel possible, which made this time frame possible.

I'll bet it's within THIS year...or at least its remains.

Just read an article about this. They have found water vapour in the atmosphere of HR8799c, although it is too hot to sustain life as we know it and devoid of methane.
