Timing is everything!

The idea behind this is to explore the two bounds of the dualistic side of our being. Dubbed by my perspective as the observer and the action. This can be demonstrated rather simply. First, think about your arm moving. Only think about it. Obviously nothing happens to the arm. Now, actually move your arm. Obviously, your arm moves. This is done with the brain all the same. The exercise allows us to simply and concisely see the boundaries of our physical being through which we make movement.

The part of us which is consistently aware during this exercise has been dubbed many things. None are relevant beyond the meaning we give it individually. That awareness could be seen as the canvas upon which the movement is painted. In this, we have a triune being. I am not necessarily using that term in a religious context, beyond the meaning you give it individually. The ideas presented here are free from even the idea of an afterlife. We will find the answer to that, individually, when the time comes. The idea presented here are not relegated to religion, or atheism, or any train of thought. The key. They are available to all, and it is straightforward. If you do not believe in the soul, these ideas still apply. If you believe we are nothing beyond our brain, these ideas still apply. If you think we encompass God individually, these ideas still apply. If you think we are a part of God, these ideas still apply. If you think God is out there, watching and judging, these ideas still apply. Ill stop there, I think you get the idea.

The issue arises when we reside solely in either the observer or the action. Thinking without taking any action, or taking action without any thinking. This creates an imbalance. Most reside fully in one or the other, frequently bouncing back and forth in any certain time and place. The key is to be simultaneously aware of their co-existence. The process of this is individual, but there are many resources available from breathing exercise to practicing the two commandments of Jesus. What happens in both of these practices is one starts to see the larger picture of the whole, rather than residing in one part of the perspective (such as thought) trying to understand something which exists outside of it. As we have seen though, even the thoughts in which most of us reside do not allow us to truly make movement in other parts of our being, even with something as simple as moving ones arm. Beyond that, the thought itself tends to be restricted to mere words, even though this does not need to be the case.

There is no special process to it, beyond understanding that Truth exists beyond our individual minds. Mind, in this context, referring to both the observer and the action. When we are in our thought alone (or any distinct part of us), we are intentionally choosing to not be aware of the other parts of our being. Does that mean they cease to exist? Certainly not, as your heart continues to beat even when your attention is not focused on it. The key is in allowing all of these co-dependent systems to exist simultaneously in our awareness. If you just think about that, it sounds like an impossible feat. That is only because our thoughts do not contain the entirety of our being. And yet, here we are, individually. The parts of our being which are not in our awareness are still there even when we are not aware of them. We choose to restrict ourselves in this way, even if it is not necessarily a conscious decision. Though, now that you have been made aware of it, that excuse no longer stands.

It is becoming imperative that we start to understand the implications of continuing down the same path we have trod up until this point. We have taken the leap off the cliff, and our wings are not allowing for flight. Destruction awaits us.

The polarizations, as I mentioned a while back, continue to deepen. The idea of this is to expand the human context of what is “possible.”
