i'm surprised at the untruths some ATSers will make up just to make an extravagant memorable point or sound like a know it all.
i read that drinking 8 liters of water a day will KILL a person somwhere on ATS.
the first thing i thought - hmmm, my doctor recommended me to drink 6 liters a day everyday routinely, to help deal with my a slight salt retention
problem i've always had.
i didnt find my doc's recommendation extreme, because most everywhere online i've always heard and read that its wideley recommended to drink at
least 4 liters of water a day for good hydration, and even more when engaged in workouts/sports/hot weather etc.
so... how can drinking just 2 liters more daily, than recommended, KILL you? seriously? lol
