I knew a buddy who did 5 years, he told me when a new inmate got in they would look him up from his serial number and if he did some messed up stuff, they would just kill 'em. prison justice is brutal.

Who are "them all"? The man, repulsive as he may be to us, hasn't been accused of abusing any child. Moreover, you could serve time in prison for simply possessing a few images of an "underage" person no more "explicit" than what one finds in Playboy magazine. Oh, of course, posing for a few nude pictures if you're younger than eighteen is going to mentally scar you for the rest of your life. Because, as you all know, man's natural appearance is something shameful. Human bodies can be illegal if they haven't passed around the sun enough times. Oh, and their disgusting too, lest I forget. You're just as mad as this creep.

So no-one's going to defend his ''right'' to do what he wants, as long as he's not harming anyone else?

No-one's going to complain about the ''nanny state'' government incarcerating him for a victimless crime?

My oh my, the resident ''freedom'' and ''rights'' proponents on ATS certainly do pick and choose their battles !

This is their logic:

We'll give the guy who's in a bad environment ten years for stealing, to warn him & others not to do these minor crimes. . . And we'll give this child predator 5 and risk releasing him into some poor community where there's vulnerable kids for him to touch again. . .

Really baffles me how low sexual crime sentences are. . Do they know something we dont? Please dont tell me their thinkign about the well being of the child predator in prison? Maybe they think he wont last 5 years. . that aside, its #ed and the judge should be arrested.

I hope this guy gets strung up by the balls, tortured for the whole 5 years and on the last day he bleeds to death

and where are the rights of the children used in these porn images? They are manipulated into sexuality for the profit of others, and sometimes much more..

Where are these children being photographed and filmed ? Foster homes?..

Yeah I'm sorry sherlock, but adults have no rights when it comes to child abuse or kiddie porn. The government and the police actually did their job in this case, other than the ridiculous short sentence.

There's no reason we should pay any mind to this man's wants or "rights" when he's clearly been involved in a ring of pedophiles. Let's hope he fesses up to the cops about his friends and more of this filth can get taken out of my community.

As a parent of children young enough to have been seen in his "collection", I can't bring myself to feel an ounce of pity for him.

yep we sure do live in a sick sick world.. and hopefully there are some aliens who see it as well..hopefully they aren't part of that sick mentality.. but who knows.. if humans can become so demoralized..who's to say that some aliens can't as well..and could even be behind the attempt to demoralize humans?

I have to admit though..if you were an alien, I'd admire your attempt to stop this filth from infiltrating the universe, but only if the innocent did not have to pay such a high price for the actions of others...
