What happened to the web-bot threads ?

First off apologies if this question shouldn't be here but this is afterall the Question section.

So all I'm asking is what happened to people posting web bot predictions, these used to pretty common amongst ATS at least upto a year ago but I haven't seen anything or even anyone mention them for ages.

Did talk of them get banned or did people come to realise that they don't work and got bored of relying on them or something else ?

That's actually a really good question, I havent seen a Web Bot post or thread in FOREVER, in fact I dont even see people in chat mentioning the Web Bot.

Ill have to do some searching online about it.

Did the web-bot predict that interest in the web-bot would wane to obscurity?

My guess is that, like so many subjects on ATS, it's just the natural ebb and flow of member interest. There are a lot of topics like that.

Of course, let any Web Bot prediction correlate with some big news development, and we can expect a fresh surge of web-bottery in no time.
