Has anyone heard of the movie? Its almost completely about Remote viewing...i've watched the trailors and i was amazed that they were actually using some of the techniques i've learned about

it'd 'bout a man from a Government sponsored " Remote Viewer" program who basically becomes a Serial killer who's chosen prey is other Serial killers.

Was this based off of something? Maybe a TV show or a book? Or is it a remake cause I know I've heard of the same plotline somewhere before.
