Can someone please explain why, when a guy hits his mid 30s, his hair stats relocating from his head, to his nose, ears and shoulders?

WTF is the deal with that? What possible evolutionary function could that realistically serve?

Yeah I have definitely noticed that in older men.

The head hair to body hair ratio, there seems to be a correlation.
