I agree the fact he did not include his calculation in the OP is a hint. I thinks its BS.

Ok. One last try at giving the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Red Cloak is his alter-ego. He's really 'Earthquake Man'. Presently, he's stopping the 'Rapture Quake' as it would detract from his New Madrid prediction. I'm out!

This will give you the op's perspective on things.He's basically reiterating a previous thread without all the measurements and calculations which leaves everybody pretty clueless unless you see the other thread.
