well it's time again, this weekend saturday april 30, 9pm

what about Couture, the guy is 47 years young, you got to love him.
and what can we say against St-pierre he is my hero, bonus he comes from the town i was born in.

so with out further do here are my predictions for the night.

St-pierre over Shields.

Hominick over Aldo.

Matyushenko over Brilz.

Couture over Machida.

Henderson over Markbocek.

Diaz over Rory Macdonald

Pierson over Ellenberger.

Roberts over Patrick.

Valencia over Menjivar.

Jason Macdonald over Jensen.

Markdessi over Watson

Jabouin over Garza.

captain america and the dragon was the only one i strugled with. i think you might be right, still i cheer for the old guy.

Interesting list. I would reverse Couture to a loss and Jensen to a win.

you do know this will be the last fight for couture who will retire again.. after his match with machida,
it would be ashame to see him go out with a lost. He probably will leave it all in the ring..He will have time to heal

Has for Ryan Jensen good call he might get a submission.
Jason Macdonal lost is 3 last fights if he looses this one i don't see him coming back.
He will also leave it all in the ring or lights out for him. and the guy is canadian
so i can't go with jensen.

May well be one of the best cards this year though. Really looking forward to Bones Jones next fight. He tore through Shogun like wet toilet paper.
