Pakistans Transgendered Tax collectors

Not sure if this is the right place to post this or if this has been posted at all. But the aim of this is in a Conservative and Religious society as Pakistan, embarrassing people who don't pay taxes, by ambushing them with something their beliefs find abhorrent and wrong. Such as having Transgendered men come to your door and dance in front of you and your neighbors to get you to pay your taxes.
