I just created a thread and when I tried to insert a hyperlink it did not post correctly. Instead of posting the URL as a hyperlink it simply posted the [url =*]*[/url ]. I tried both typing in the code manually and using the button and both times it gave me the same result. This is the thread with the problems.

I have found thru trial & error that posting a link directly under a off-site content box causes the link to go all grumpy.

Maybe try adding in a test line then the source, like this:

if you drop everything after the article number, the link will work ok. You probably copied and pasted the whole url from the article which caused that problem.

This is the correct format for your link to work: www.dailymail.co.uk...
