How many high rise steel frame buildings collapsed due to damage?

Hate to say it because I've enjoyed your recent threads but add a little to the OP please. Some ATS users make great threads with lots and lots of detail but this is just a simple question.

I've heard the answer is 3, WTC1, 2, and 7 and I am everywhere at once so i know this to be true

I was under the impression that WTC 7 didn't fall due to fire (like they wanted) so they had to pull it instead.

define damage. I'd say 4. 3 WTC, and Madrid hotel hit by concorde.
I understand why the hotel collapsed, there was really nothing left.. the 3 wtc.. well.. considering the 4 buildings beneath the collapse of the 2 towers didnt collapse, I dont know why 7 fell.. the towers, even though hit by planes, didnt seem like thef should have fully collapsed.

I hope a one sentence answer is okay here, since the OP is simply asking a question.
