Jon Stewart Nuts Up interviewing President Barack Obama [source video links included]

Jon Stewart interviewed President Barack Obama on Wednesday Oct. 27th 2010.

Many thought Stewart would back down and "bend over" for President Obama. I'm happy to report that Stewart held his ground. Visibly shaken, and understandably so, Stewart sacked up and asked some tough questions, even mocking some of President Obama's generalizations. The discussion became heated at times, but both men remained calm. It's one of the few times I've seen Obama fumble with words, since there was no one there to misdirect attention and dodge questions for him.

I would love to see a 2-day interview touching on all subjects, but that is a pipe dream. I remain excited about Stewart's rally to restore sanity. I would love to see a Stewart campaign spring from it.

I've touched on Stewart's ideology, intelligence and capability in other threads, though I would be happy to discuss it further here.

Did anyone notice the part of the video that had Obama mentioning the structure created?

If you folks believe the government is stopping at just FORCING you to buy insurance, you are insane. Listen to his talking points here-

“Look, when Social Security was passed, it applied to widows and orphans, and it was a very restricted program, and over time, that structure that was built ended up developing into the most important social safety net that we have in our country,” said Obama. “The same is true on every piece of progressive legislation, every bit of progress that we've made,” he said.

So, the LIES by the MSM, Obama and the other progressive/socialists was exactly that, LIES.

Why is it that progressives have to LIE to get their legislation passed?

Wonder why they had to pass the Federal Reserve with only two senators just before Christmas?

Wonder why they had to pass the Obama Care bill even though 60% of the country do not want it?

Wonder why they put the Financial Reform bill under the perview of the Federal Reserve? That one is because the FR does not have to disclose anything.

Yeah, he is like the greatest guy ever! Pffft.

You know how you get the sheep to the slaughter? By giving them grass to feed on while leading them or by showing them the knife you are going to cut their throat with?

Welcome to the beginning of the end to their plans folks. And the US goes down with not a bang, but a wimper.
