What the Hell is This ??

This is a medical condition where there's too much skin, I've seen some adults with it too, you have to go to a lot of effort to "shed" the skin because there's so much of it.

Yes hermantinkly is right and this video has been discussed here many times before. It is truly a sad thing to see and it should remind many of us and especially many of us that have children; how very lucky we are. I can not even imagine how much sorrow a parent must feel seeing their newborn for the first time like this.
