Assistant Secretary for Terrorist Financing David S. Cohen Remarks on Terrorist Financing before the Council on Foreign Relations As Prepared for Delivery

January 28, 2010
TG-515

A little over one week ago in Kabul, the Taliban, reportedly working with al Qaeda, staged one of the most brazen attacks in recent memory.

At about 9:30 in the morning, a suicide bomber attempted to break through the gates of a key ministry building.

Security guards shot the attacker, who then detonated his suicide belt on the street, steps from the President's palace and the Ministry of Justice.

A six-hour gun battle ensued.

I have to wonder about the Council on Foreign Relations and their agendas sometimes, because according to this press release from the Treasury Department, alleges that the Taliban acted in tandem with al Qeada, according to this press release with sending a suicide bomber to blow up the Afghan Central Bank.

Quote from Wikipedia : Taliban

The Taliban (Pashto: طالبان ṭālibān, meaning "students"), also Taleban, is a Sunni Islamist political movement that governed Afghanistan from 1996 until they were overthrown in late 2001 during Operation Enduring Freedom.

It has regrouped since 2004 and revived as a strong insurgency movement governing at the local level and fighting a guerrilla war against the governments of Afghanistan, Pakistan, and the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF).

The movement is made up of members belonging to different ethnic Pashtun tribes, along with a number of volunteers from nearby Islamic countries such as Uzbeks, Tajiks, Chechens, Arabs, Punjabis and others.

They operate in Afghanistan and Pakistan, mostly around the Durand Line regions.

U.S. officials say their headquarters is in or around Quetta, although Pakistan denies it.

Secret talks held over Taliban 'integration'

For anyone who knows our foreign policy and the atrocious history of how the C.F.R. handles things, or even the Cold War, people will remember Operation Cyclone.

If you're not familiar with "Operation Cyclone" during the Cold War, the covert funding project where the C.I.A. funded the Mujahideen, in order to kick the Russian bear out of Afghanistan by that name, you might know it by a Hollywood adaption of this story, called oddly enough Charlie Wilson's War.

If that is not familiar to you you might have read the book below.

It amazes me to no end that the Council on Foreign Relations is still trying to beat this dead horse, either through foreign policy, or through the media selling us the lies about Afghanistan to keep U.S. citizens like mushrooms, in the dark and fed crap.

This is nothing but another push by those in power to push the war, push the Global Currency as America as well as other countries have their economies flushing down the toilet, which is nothing than intentional mishandling, malfeasance, and motive for their actions.

Timothy Geithner Open To New Global Currency

As they sell us out to the international community as targets through inept foreign policy, we step close and closer to a completely collapsed economy, and into the arena where a new Global Dollar is literally begged for because of the many people who are out of work.

See they call the entirety of the "Taliban" as one single entity, but it is many tribes, and for the C.F.R. to call them the "Taliban" singularly, instead of one tribe, it is like someone claiming the entire "left-wing fringe", or for that matter the entire "right-wing fringe" element as acting in cohesion when it may be one or two different splintered groups.

An example is if instead of pinning the Murrah Building bombing of Oklahoma City, on just the "mad bomber" Timothy McVeigh, they claimed his entire group committed those heinous actions.

Anyone who knows anything about the Council on Foreign Relations, knows they are the men and women who operate as the handlers of the President for the ever elusive and secretive Bilderberg Group, so one has to wonder what agenda is being touted by the C.F.R. on behalf of those bastards in that organization that basically steamroll right over any countries boundaries.

Bilderberger : The Global Agenda, Eugenics, Global Warming, And Biochiping Sheeple

That the Afghan Central Bank was attacked only means to me that they want focus directed at their assets through the Afgan Government, and the centralized role the Iraq War and Afghanistan War will have towards bankrupting America in order to push us both further towards the Global Currency, as well as forcing fiat money into non-existence as they push us towards a cash-less society with the bio-chip run by Verichip, Digital Angel, and a whole host of other companies that will conveniently have the solution ready when the already worthless fiat money is basically relegated to being used as toilet paper.

I find it odd as well that the Treasury Department would call David S. Cohen's position, that odd name, "Terrorist Financing", instead of something with an anti connected to it, or even "Terrorist Financing Interdiction".

All I hear is bleating coming from the sheeple and mooing coming from the chattle.

I think this might be pertinent to your thread. The U.N. seems to be undermining the CFR ideal of packing them into one radical group.

U.N. In Secret Peace Talks With Taliban

At today's London conference, President Hamid Karzai declared: "We must reach out to all of our countrymen, especially our disenchanted brothers, who are not part of al-Qaida, or other terrorist networks, who accept the Afghan constitution."

And let us never forget this one Zbigniew Brzezinski CFR member and Obama's
Chief Foreign Relations Advisor. Instigator of The Taliban and Al Qaeda. His hands are surely in this one.

That is just it though, timewalker, the United Nations mission is to erase boundaries.

Most people miss the fact that they have been since inception erasing boundaries, carving up countries, and destroying the balance of power.

It only seems they are there for peace but they are there for war.

Vultures, picking at the corpses of nations, sucking the marrow and tender bits.

As for Zbigniew Brzezinski, he is a master chess player, assisting in the grand game.

The Grand Chessboard: American Primacy And Its Geostrategic Imperatives

Kirkus Review : Amazon Review :

The former national security advisor is still a believer in geopolitics after all these years.

Like most foreign-policy aficionados weaned on the Cold War, Brzezinski (Out of Control, 1993) has been forced by the disintegration of the Soviet Union to broaden his perspective--but not very far.

He sees the US as the only global superpower, but inability to maintain its hegemony indefinitely means that ``geostrategic skill'' is essential.

To what end is not specified beyond the vague shaping of ``a truly cooperative global community'' that is in ``the fundamental interests of humankind,'' but in this genre, goals are commonly assumed rather than examined.

In any case, Brzezinski casts Eurasia as the playing field upon which the world's fate is determined and analyzes the possibilities in Europe, the former Soviet Union, the Balkans (interpreted broadly), and the Far East.

Like a grandmaster in chess, he plots his strategy several moves in advance, envisioning a three-stage development.

Geopolitical pluralism must first be promoted to defuse challenges to America, then compatible international partners must be developed to encourage cooperation under American leadership, and finally the actual sharing of international political responsibility can be considered.

The twin poles of this strategy are a united Europe in the West and China in the East; the central regions are more problematic and, for Brzezinski, not as critical in constructing a stable balance of power.

This updated version of East-West geopolitics is worth taking seriously but it is also an amazing example of how a perspective can be revised without actually being rethought.

Brzezinski and Kissinger are the head vultures, carving up countries for the C.F.R.

It was Brzezinski who figured out that if the Russian bear collapsed, "terrorism" would be the perfect "permanent enemy" to take Communism's place.

Yeah I was hesitant to post the U.N. article, because it seemed to be the other side of the sword. CFR, U.N. hand in hand. Just a short cab ride up the east side. I always sucked at chess. That first interview you posted with ZB was great.

"of course there's such of thing as insidious influence, does it involve bribery, does it involve some kind of psychological domination of individuals?"
Phantom truth's that he does not answer.

Of course, but the Council on Foreign Relations is one of those toady organizations under the guise of "International Peace" that is really all about covering the agenda in diplo-speak, theory, and conjecture.

Abstract, negative, concrete, the Hegelian Dialectic in action.

Peace is often an abstract ideas, the negative of peace is war, and concrete "evidence" of wanting the alleged peace, is speaking about it, but planning for war.

It is like that misnomer "pre-emptive strike" meaning pre-planned self-defense.

I still find it humorous that David S. Cohen's position has that title.

Almost tattling on themselves because the word "interdiction" should be in there.
